The FA762MG sound suppressor features a barrel overlap design that adds just 6.4 inches to the original length of your M240B, M240D, M240G, or Mk48 machine gun while providing superior sound suppression. The overlap design requires at least 2.75" of clear barrel available, measured from the muzzle rearward, so front sight must be moved back slightly on M240's. Weighing only 29 ounces, the FA762MG also features special alloys and construction, providing the extreme durability and resistance to gas and particle erosion necessary for a full-auto weapon.

This suppressor can also be used for sniper rifles with extra-heavy barrels since its adapters allow maximum barrel diameter of .890" for the first 2.75" of barrel, as compared with adapters for our FA762SS suppressor for sniper rifles, which allow a maximum barrel diameter of .775" for the first 2.75" of barrel.
