The Saiga Shotgun out of the
box is not compliant with high capacity magazines. For 922r compliance
parts, you must bring the foreign parts count down to ten or less with
use of a magazine in excess of 5 rounds on a Saiga 12 gauge shotgun. The
stock Saiga has 11 foreign parts with use of a high capacity magazine,
so only one foreign part must be removed on a stock Saiga 12 in order to
stay compliant. The easiest way to make your stock Saiga 12 compliant
is to change out the gas piston, forearm, buttstock, or muzzle
attachment.
