Saiga 12 Gauge 12 Round magazine - SGM Tactical

Must be used in a 922r Compliant Shotgun:
The Saiga Shotgun out of the box is not compliant with high capacity magazines. For 922r compliance parts, you must bring the foreign parts count down to ten or less with use of a magazine in excess of 5 rounds on a Saiga 12 gauge shotgun. The stock Saiga has 11 foreign parts with use of a high capacity magazine, so only one foreign part must be removed on a stock Saiga 12 in order to stay compliant. The easiest way to make your stock Saiga 12 compliant is to change out the gas piston, forearm, buttstock, or muzzle attachment.

Can these magazines be used in a magwell? The magazines are made for use with the standard receiver without modification to make them feed. If you are using with a SGM Tactical magazine well, you can select the modified magazine or modify the magazine yourself prior to use. You do not want the magazines modified unless you have a magwell. Modified magazines will only work in a magwell.
