Payments

We accept the following forms of payment:
1. Credit Card through our website's secure checkout
2. Credit Card through our phone at (662)816-4802
3. Check or money order. After an online order is placed, we will hold your items for 7 days. If payment is not received within 7 days, we will release your order back into our inventory. All payments made with check will be held ten days from receipt of payment.
4. COD is available with prior approval before order is placed.

Shipping

1. Most orders shipped through Value Shipping go Priority Mail, which provides delivery confirmation, but not very detailed tracking. If you want detailed tracking information, you must select FedEx or UPS options during checkout. All "Value Shipping" orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped USPS Priority mail.
2. Standard delivery time is 2-10 business days from the date your order was placed. 98% of our orders of in stock items are shipped same or next business day. If you would like your order sent overnight or with a delivery date guaranteed, we offer FedEx Express & UPS express shipping can be selected in the checkout process.
3. All shipping rates are quoted FOB (Oxford). If you would like to add insurance, you must select it during checkout.

ALL FIREARMS MUST BE SHIPPED TO FEDERAL LICENSED FIREARMS DEALERS! NO EXCEPTIONS!! YOU MUST CONTACT US PRIOR TO MAKING AN ORDER FOR A FIREARM TO CONFIRM AVAILABILITY!

Due to our current order load, there is a 10 business day delay on shipping until further notice. Please do not call to check on your order the same day it is made, it will only slows down shipping. We email tracking numbers on all orders when they are shipped.

Return Policy:

Non-Firearm Purchases:

Refunds can be made on unused/unopened merchandise only. All refund requests must be made within ten calendar days from the date the order was delivered and must be received by us within fifteen days from the date of delivery. All refunds must be returned at the buyers expense and must include a return authorization number. Original shipping charges are not refundable. All refunds are subjected to a 20% restocking fee. We hold refunds that were made with check 180 days from the date that the order was placed. Credit card refunds are processed as soon as we receive.

We are not a warranty or repair provider for any manufacturer or distributor. All warranty and repair service/replacements must be obtained from the manufacturer of the item directly. If you have a problem with your item, we will provide you with contact information for the manufacturer.

Firearms:

All firearm sales are final.

Exchange Policy:

Non-Firearm Purchases: Exchanges can be made on unused/unopened merchandise only. All exchange requests must be made within ten calendar days from the date the order was delivered and must be returned to us within fifteen days from the date of delivery. Exchanges can be credited up to the full purchase price of the item less shipping on both the new order and original order.

Firearms:

All firearm sales are final.

Order Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel an order ONLY if you contact us prior to shipping. We ship 95% of all orders within 36 hours of being placed, so you must contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
